Popular German "Folk Rock" band Milky Chance needed to move their production from Lollapalooza Brazil to Asuncionico festival in Paraguay on a tight deadline.
Milky Chance were on their first tour of South America, with a tight schedule crammed with shows, we needed to find a solution to freight the bands production and avoid them needing to hand carry over 1T of freight on internal flights.
The biggest challenge was moving the amount of freight at hand within the deadlines, with much of South America running narrow-body flight schedules and customs processes preventing the band from being able to hand carry in and then air freight out we had to find a solution for the tightest move between São Paulo, Brazil and Asuncion, Paraguay.
Due to the tight deadlines, we were unable to freight using a scheduled flight. Without utilising a charter aircraft the only option would have been to hand carry the backline and production cases throughout the entire South American tour. We sourced a CESSNA 208 small charter aircraft to move the freight between São Paulo and Asuncion quickly and efficiently.
